No, They are in very slightly used condition. sharp edges with just a little dirt. if it wasn't for the dirt they would be pretty much mint!

Yeah most of these solid WSOP/Cinci/etc tournament series are undersized 36mm equivalent RHCs.

Maybe some of the big chips are actually RHC? I'm not quite sure.

All the wsop chips pictured above (25-100k) are on the same mold. 36mm. Maybe other higher denoms were bigger, can't remember.
