$150 shipped anywhere in the U.S. Shipping outside of U.S. gets $25 credit. Chips will come in the case pictured.

For a new chipper, this is a great shortcut to samples. In my experience, you will spend more money trying to acquire all of these samples individually plus months of your time.

(Oops, just read the description better. I’m not a new chipper so please give them to a newbie if they want them. If no one claims them, happy to be backup if that’s cool.)

Where’s the mystery SFRB you found these in?
I might have done better auctioning them off that way! This was built up from lots of various sample purchases over 6 months. It mirrors my own sample set with room to grow. Having a wide variety of shuffle stacks is a nice reference for feel, weights, colors, labels, sound, etc.

(Pssst, there's no such thing as 'compression clay plastics')
What would be the best term here? Serious question - I'm always trying to learn.

I think CPC claims their chips do not have plastics, but basically, all other clays including Paulson have plastics mixed into the clay. Correct me if I am wrong. "China clays" are compression molded, but mostly inferior plastic with a little bit of clay in there, if I'm not mistaken. And the sluggos (first column) are completely plastic and injection, not compression molded.

China Clays are injection molded plastics. No exceptions.

CPC do not use "conventional" plastics, but stick to natural polymeric compounds that have a plastic-like nature such as cotton and other fibers.

Thanks. I think I got some bad info early on. I don't want to perpetuate it. I edited the description of column #2 to "injection molded "clay-like" plastics."

Do you think that is a fair/accurate description? I'm about to close the sales thread and don't want to leave inaccurate info for future readers.

There is, in my opinion, a difference/superior feel to the second column of chips over the first. Must be a) the lack of a metal slug and b) different/better plastic material. Good to know that it is not the molding process itself though that accounts for the difference.
