As much as I'd like to see any of these colors from CPC we know it's a pipe dream.
IN the 5-6 years I've been here CPC has added:
2 molds (scrown, lcrown)
1 spot pattern (tri moon)
0 colors !!!
The color situation will likely continue.

I would add a clear light blue and lavender as well. But nothing is needed more than a really good yellow.
I'm not sure I understand what this is? Isn't the use of lead prohibited?
Yes- 100%. But I suspect there must be some issue that CPC is not able to overcome. I'm sure they have heard from hundreds of customers that they would like a better, brighter yellow. I suspect if they could do it, that they would do it. No?
I'm sure we would all be interested in new colors, but what I'm asking for (a hex-pie) seems easily doable without making any formulaic changes to the clay. I'm sure there's a reason - probably more rejections with this pattern. But a boy can always dream.

Regarding CPC and colours… How come they do no add some more? I get it is surely a bit more complicated than just order a barrel of Pantone 709 to make a flamingo pink but I could see it as good operation for them, no?
More colours give more combination, more possibilities, add the "shiny new toy" factor.
Or make it limited edition, small batches, experiments at reduced price…

The 100 inlay is a tricky decision. Here we lose the contrast but keep the theming consistent with the other chips.
What if the 100 chip text was Y on M and the background was C, and the spots were MYB? This ties it more strongly to the 1 chip.

Yeah… As soon as I posted it, I was already not happy with the 100. I am basically not a big fan of black chips… but it was mandatory here
I am not sure I understand what you mean? A blue inlay for the 100?
I was thinking I should try a white inlay, with CMY blended offset for the denom… that would keep the logic of using the spots colours for the denom.
All in all, with fresh eyes on it this morning, I think it turned out quite alright, not sure I find it interesting enough to pursue it though.

I dread the day when I'll have to create a "real" thread for a set. That would mean I seriously think about perfecting it and ordering it, and right now I am totally paralysed and overwhelmed by the abundance of choices and decisions to make. I would need what… at least 4, 5 sets, to even begin to explore the directions I find attracted to. Bright flashy colours or muted subdued ones? Small spots that looks cool on the face, or large spots that makes stacks gorgeous? Contrast or tone-on-tone? And I need an all quarter/half-pies set. Let's not talk about inlays… I am so f***
So for now I think I'll continue to browse this amazing place full of amazing sets, throw stuff in the air and perhaps something will stick…

Love it! Hard to limit yourself to 3 colors and not have dirty stack issues, but you pulled it off

Does anyone know how to export an entire chip lineup from CPC design tool? It only lets me export one chip at a time. I must be doing something wrong. Thanks!
Click the chip to save it to the actual line-up. You can save up to 12 at once. When you get to "Save as PNG", you will want to choose "All Chips" (and un-click the both sides option assuming the inlay is the same on both). Feel free to PM me if you need additional help.
Don't use shit-green background color. Grey or light grey is best.

I like your 50¢, really nice colours combo, I'll add it to my "to try" list if I may. The 10 is also interesting, I would be curious to see these colours on an actual chip, I'll take a note to search for it.
But I feel something is "off" with either the colours progression, or the spots progression (if you care about that…).
The .50 - 2 - 10 colours goes seemly well together, but imho the .10 and 50 are in another category.
The 4 spots pattern of the 10 stands out a bit weirdly in the line up imho.
Yeah, I'm not intending any spot progression per se.
The $10 WAS bugging me after a while. Happier with it now. Denoms still: 10¢/50¢/$2/$10/$50.

Ok... primary theme unveiled.
The inlays are via my own EXCESSIVELY crude graphic design skills. When I have them worked up properly, the yellowish background will show more as old/aged paper, fraying and browning at the edges; hopefully, presenting a more vintage look.
