What is the easiest color of table surface to keep clean?
What is the easiest fabric surface to keep clean?
What is the easiest fabric to clean off once it gets dirty?

Building a game table. About a 6.5' x 3.75' gaming surface.

I had a crafty friend very carefully paint a betting line on my SSC-covered topper (with a paint marker).

Other than that, if I remember well, @T_Chan can take an all-white SSC and print it to be another color, betting line included (?)

You can also make a table with a ssc playing surface and ssc-covered racetrack, essentially creating a visual betting line between the two.

So yeah, at least three options.
