Poker Mavens Custom Cards (2 Viewers)

Poker Mavens 7 is out, y'all! And it now includes the ability to specify larger images for better scaling! I have updated the assets in the original post to the new recommended size of 4876 x 128. The text is actually a little cryptic in that it says we can go larger as long as we maintain the aspect ratio. Not sure if it's needed, but if I think it would make even more of a difference, I might increase the resolution again. For now, we'll stick with the recommendation (which is 2x that of PM6)!

Anyway, check out how hot it renders:

Did you do the blue backs also? Getting a 404 error on the old links.

I did, yes. The links are:

https://github.com/jonathan-hurley/...s/ornamental/cards-ornamental-2color-blue.png
https://github.com/jonathan-hurley/...s/ornamental/cards-ornamental-4color-blue.png
https://github.com/jonathan-hurley/...cards-ornamental-2color-letters-only-blue.png

But I realized that the non-red backs are still low res. Kent doesn't provide high res backs anymore, so I'm working to try to add those now. The cards themselves are still high-res.

OK, I color-shifted the red to get a blue version and the above links are now the high-res versions of the card backs. I'll work on color-shifting the other colors as well...

If you're looking for cards that were more similar to those that shipped with the original Poker Mavens, you can feel free to try these. They were contributed by Daniel Hopkins, the artist behind many of our custom table images via Mavens Tables. Daniel reached out to me since I've been a customer of his for two years and wanted me to post the images here for anyone to use freely.

My custom table has been one of the highlights of playing online. If you run Poker Mavens, I highly recommend that you check out his work and reach out to him for your own custom table graphic.

In order to avoid creating a post that violates the TOS, I have purposely not linked to his site. But if you Google it you will find it and if you really can't find it then you can always PM me.

You are too new on the forums and cannot yet participate in private messaging. However, setting up custom cards is very easy. Once you've chosen which cards that you want to use, you plop them on your computer. Then, in the Poker Mavens administration website, you pick them and restart the server.
