PCF Shows (2 Viewers)

My son came over to start Season 2 of The Boys. Pretty excited for this one.

Watched Cobra Kai and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. The first few episodes and most of season 1 really do a great job of recreating the Karate kid feeling. Really cool with so many reprising roles. Johnny is a superb anti-hero!

Started watching season 2 but it's a bit disappointing, feels more and more like an average teenage series.

I agree. I loved S1.

I haven't started S2 yet. This is disappointing.

I don't like musicals. We are really enjoying Zoes Extraordinary Playlist on Hulu.

It is...started out decent but I'm afraid it seems to be going south. To be fair, I have only watched the first 4 episodes so there's still a chance for redemption!

My boy came over on SUN and we watched the first three episodes. I like where this season is going. Storm Front is a fun addition to the Seven.
Yeah, I feel like she is going to get to be super terrible and kind of make everyone pull for Homelander a bit.

On my son’s recommendation, we started watching Wayne on Amazon Prime. Absolutely fantastic! Heartbreaking, sometimes brutal, often very funny, and tender. I highly recommend it. One of my favorite shows I’ve watched.

I liked it for a time but then realized I wasn't rooting for any of the characters and actually rooting against most of them :D (same with walking dead by season 2 - was already hoping they'd all get turned into zombies and it'd just be a show about zombies stumbling around try to eat some brains) got back into it last year though and enjoyed it for what it is.

I have the same assessment for both shows. The only difference is that we stayed with WD until the negan war. That was only because my wife was still enjoying it. I could have easily stopped after S2.

I only made 3 seasons of Shameless before I quit.

I dunno man. Boobs are GOOD

Emmy doesn't have any tits, and everyone trying to sex Frank, Debbie and Carl was super cringe. Plus every gay dude trying to sex Ian

About the only enjoyable characters for us in later seasons were the neighbors Kev and V, but we never finished the series because it was just devolving into absurdity

Yeah, if I'm just going to watch a show whose primary focus is sex, I'll watch porn. At least then I dont have to suffer through a plot.
Um, excuse me, but some of us would like to know the background story on how that hole got in the bottom of the pizza box, or why those damn pipes keep getting clogged.

wait you guys watch porn for the sex and not the plot!!!?????

My wife and I are a couple episodes into Broadchurch. Gripping. Great storytelling and cinematography.

And damn, David Tenent is good!

I only watched S1. I heard s2 kind of sucked.

I enjoyed all the seasons. They aren't perfect, but Johnny Lawrence is brilliant with his one-liners and the dialogue he gets showing how out of touch he is with online stuff ("send it to the Internet, and put some hashbrowns on it!")

The weakest link for my wife and I is Ralph Machio. I mean, he looks great for a guy who is almost 60, but his acting is not up to snuff with the rest of the cast

Still, it's a fun nostalgia trip and def enjoyed season 3 more than 2

What is it about this show? It’s predictable, cheesy , sophmoric.... but I love it! A great break from reality. Some light viewing....

speaking of light viewing (argh....NOT) I just watched the Netflix series on the Night Stalker - Richard Ramirez. I remember when that was going on. That shit hit close to home for me living in LA. An interesting look into the detectives who solved the case
