Hi everyone, has anyone ordered faded spades in Canada? I’m in Montreal and ordered from the faded spade website on August 1st and still have not received tracking info! My order still says pending… and to make things better, no response from customer service.

I see customer service is on par with look, feel and handling. Makes sense..

For what it’s worth, I ordered 2 setups June 12th, shipped June 13th out of Vegas and delivered June 17th although I’m domestic US (and had no issues previously for a couple of other orders).

I received 3 emails: order placed, order shipped and delivery confirmation. Faded doesn’t have the best track record tbh for comms/ stock etc.

Only thing I’d advise is if you’re on social media, tag ‘em and raise your issue with your order number to get some visibility.
GL - definitely frustrating when you’re not getting feedback.

Thanks Kam . All I received was order confirmation

Faded Spade cards are great, but their customer service is absolute crap
I finally got the cards and I find them to be absolute shit . Cards get stuck together while dealing and they are thicker than a 2x4 . It didn’t make 1 round around the table ! Really disappointing. I’ll stick to my Kems

If you like Kems then the last type of cards you should try are Faded Spade.

However, if you like Kems then you should also try Angels.

I tried to tell you. I’m baffled they have such a strong fan base around here.

Thanks for the info as I was looking to buy a set of these and being Canadian as well (and concerned about price/shipping/etc.), your thread popped right up on search.

Glad it helped. There are many other brands out there that are far superior and half the cost. Kems are expensive as well but way cheaper than the faded spade after the exchange rate and duties. Copags are a solid choice if you don't want to spend on Kems.

That's what I use mostly and I have a WSOP set (on sale so I couldn't resist) coming in from Straight Poker Supplies. Those are always a good comprise between price and quality.
