What's the timeframe for this and final costs? I'd like to have the payment ready.
Have these been ordered yet or when is approx initial delivery before sending out to individuals? July, Aug, Sept?

GROUP BUY UPDATE

The OP has been updated with final pricing (also shown below), based on final order numbers and actual costs:
  • labeled cash chips = 66¢ each, sold in 25-chip rolls
  • labeled tourney chips = 66¢ each, sold in 25-chip rolls
  • blank cash chips = 54¢ each, sold in 25-chip rolls
  • blank tourney chips = 54¢ each, sold in 25-chip rolls
  • labels only = 6¢ each, sold in 50-label lots
  • dealer buttons = $3 each
Prices include artwork fees (2c per labeled chip, 1c per blank chip, 1c per label, and 10c per dealer button) plus shipping costs from Sun-Fly (10c per chip/button and 1/2c per label). Prices do not include re-shipping costs.


The group buy order has been placed, and Sun-Fly is waiting on payment before proceeding with production of prototypes for color evaluation. Total items ordered:
  • 10,400 labeled chips
  • 11,325 blank chips
  • 15,520 labels
  • 116 dealer buttons
The invoice amounts below are payable and due asap. You will receive a PM shortly with payment instructions. If you ordered chips and/or labels in this thread, and also ordered a sample set(s) and/or dealer button(s) in the samples/buttons group buy thread, the cost for those sample sets and buttons have been included here and will ship together with your chip/label order.

I choose 125 chips to get the lower shipping cost and thereby not get the customs, VAT and handling charges over here.

I'll check and get back to you. The labels may not fit in a SFRB. @CdnBeerLover this may affect you, too.
