Optimal Commemorative Chip Count? (1 Viewer)

This may be highly subjective but what is a good rule to follow for quantity of commemoratives vs standard chips mixed into the same denomination?

I’m considering it for my $1 (workhorse chip) and maybe for my snapper too. Will post more specifics on my set after hearing specifics first as to not bias a general approach.
