I'm pretty sure this is 100% hope and speculation. No word from Jim if he's even actually "on the road" at all. He's historically teased he was working on something, but as far as I can tell this is all hopeful enthusiasm on some of our parts based on recent closings in locations Jim has been able to get chips from before.
