Ahh screw it, cross posting! Lol

We have talked many times about cases and putting them on the wall... saddly there are still several other cases plus the frac collection. But I enjoy actually being able to touch chips. I feel like when they go on the wall they just become art to look at.

We bring these cases to meet ups and it is awesome to sit down and look at different samples with other chippers and have discussions about them. Often times there are newer chippers at meet ups that haven't had a chance to check out lots of different types of chips. That is what brings me the most "joy" with our samples is the opportunity to enjoy them with others.

This was taken I believe by @inca911 last weekend at @Seeking Alpha Social Club meet up in VA. Showing off some of the TRK singles from that case. Talking with veterans about past sets and dreams of future projects. It gets no better my friends!

So really torn on the whole "Display Cabinet" idea.

I don't think we have any updated pictures, but one case is Fantasy chips maybe (200), including all of the Boat chips, probably (100) BCCs, the casino singles and samples is over (1,000) CPCs and ASM customs is over (500)now, sunfly and ceramics maybe (100), TRKs about (200)... we have really scaled back on collecting though. Prices have continued to climb, not quitting but finding "deals" now is becoming harder and harder

I think collecting customs is the most enjoyable and don't think I will ever stop on those, need to update. This one was early last year. Definitely added some cool ones since then

It is a lot to keep organized, the dealer buttons alone take up a lot of time

Didn't even count them the last time but it's over 400 now.

This hobby can be dangerous for those of us with the "sickness" of collecting for sure. But It is something that Brie and I truly enjoy together.

God helps us the day we get snowed in and actually get a full collection photo. It would not be healthy! Lmao

Love those display cases. I have enough Nevada fracs now that I need another one. Cali is a bit too big for one of them as well. That orange Regent 50c hot stamp is one of the few, and I mean few, hot stamp chips that I like. That Odawa .50 cent chip is a nice one too.
