I play in a small buy in monthly tourney that does this. Very hard to remember what's what. Also a odd blind structure that doesn't allow removal of denominations until very late so you end up with $50 chips when the blinds are over 1000....$1250/2500. I'm perpetually confused

You had me worried for a while there... I think I always finished down when playing on those Oak Trees. You needed to win on them just to keep them out of Tennessee as long as possible. (y)

It was a rough night. I was constantly on the verge of a fourth buy in. I haven't done that in years. In the last hour I won a few big pots to get me on the plus side.

Great night of poker, donuts and bourbon. I think lightly broken in RHC chips are my favorite shufflers. Thanks for having us over, that big hand must have happened after I left.

yep, around 2. SOHE , I flopped a set in HE, rivered a flush on the Omaha side.

I enjoyed a doughnut this morning with my coffee. Thanks!

Shout out to my boy. He had the basement cleaned before I got up.

stack to my left had a couple of 100's.

League game last night, PNL, pot limit preflop, no limit post flop. Had a friend bring some of his chips to use rather than our regular CPS chips.

I went deep...

And deeper, ended up placing 2nd. I shoved into my opponent with A8 and he was fortunate to have AJ. Crippled then it was over a few hands later.

Raise to $20 with :jh::th: from UTG get 3 callers. Flop is favorable, :ks::qd::9s:.

I lead for for $80, get one caller. :6c: On the turn, bet $250 and UTG +1 shoves for another $150. We decide to run the river twice but his AA is drawing dead and I take down a nice pot.

Up a little over $1500 now.

The $500 chips are in play now too.

Friday night 25c-50c NLHE cash game with the new Pharoah cc’s. Bought in for $60 cashed for $83. Didn’t win much but better than losing. Had a great time with friends and that’s what it’s all about. My poker buddies all liked the new chips. We’ve used a Milano set for years and it was time for an upgrade cause the Milano’s are getting worn. We’re also using the new Barington cheepo poker table and it’s worked like a charm. Not one complaint about it so far.

Crazy hand of the night! Towards the end of the night we were 4 handed. I raised to $1.25 from the small blind with A8. Was called from the short stack to my left and shorter stack on his left. 3 handed now. Flop was 988. Great flop for me I figured so C-bet a pot size bet like I had been doing all night to disguise my hand. Short stack to my left with 86 calls. Shorter stack to his left shoves with A9. I shove. Player to my left calls. 3 outer 6 comes on the turn giving player to my left the lead with a boat. Player with A9 is now getting his wallet out to rebuy when a 2 outer 9 comes on the river to give the shortest stack a bigger boat. That cards actually saved me money cause I split the side pot with player to my left. Such a wild hand. Thought I would share. Good times haha.
