Going to be in the San Diego area in a couple of weeks and saw this casino nearby. Anyone familiar with this card room/casino? Was thinking about playing in one of their weekday evening NLH Tournaments.

Been a while since I played there, but staff and dealers are solid.

I heard they recently went to 8-handed for cash games which many were unhappy about.

Never played a tournament there, but I have heard from others in the area that they have good weekend deepstacks. Weekday tourneys seem a bit low in terms of buyin and ultimately return on investment in time.

Yep, it’s a pretty big cardroom, I’ve started going and know some folk who go a lot:

Went last month - I use Poker Atlas to put my name down for the cash games, lot of options.

Here were the cash tables for example on a Saturday last month:

Haven’t played a tournie yet, but no concern - try it out and GL

@Kam your pic made me recall playing some cash there and the fact that there are a lot of 'gray hairs' older experienced players vs. younger players.
