My Raised Rail Poker Table Build (1 Viewer)

If you went a little smaller, do you think you would be able to squeeze in 10 if needed with 8 or 9 people being ideal?

I've also seen some discussion regarding no cup holders in the rail and using the movable type. Did this come up in your design process when getting ready to build this?
It probably would still fit 10 if needed albeit a little tighter. theres more than enough room right now for 10 as is with enough space to cut down.

Curious how you like the double foam on the playing surface? I was just going to get the 1/4” volara for mine I am building but saw this post. Seems like the more the better ?

The volara is too stiff alone… the pink sew foam adds a little give ….. suggest getting both…. once cloth is added its perfect imo

Hello! I found the same video you did from One2Many hobbies on YT and plan on trying to build a table off of those plans as well! Awesome build I hope you and the boys are enjoying it!

I noticed you went a direction that left out the 1" plexiglass reveal from the original plans/videos. Curious if there was a reason why and if its worth it to just skip over that step and have the rail sit directly over the playing surface. I like the idea of the reveal but it does mean higher cost of materials and more work to cut and paint etc. I'm about to get started myself I have the material from YAT and using a conference table I got for free on offer up as a base. Should only need 2 pieces of plywood for playing surface and rail.

Thank you!
