Intro
Some time ago, while ordering poker stuff at a French poker chips merchant, I ordered a 500pc chips case to store my casino mixed set but instead I received a 400pc one. So they sent me the correct one and they told me that I can keep the 400pc one. Well, I had a 400pc chips case and I did not want to let it empty.

So I asked myself, how could I fill it. At this time, I wanted to try to run a H.O.R.S.E game in tournament format. So I told myself to build a 8-players SnG set with a 12/12/3/12/3 breakdown to mimic the breakdown of the T30,000 WSOP H.O.R.S.E event.

And since I always loved the Nevada Jacks design, I decided it would be the good candidate for this set.

Afterwards, I needed a "cheap" travel set and again, I decided to with the Nevada Jacks I really like.

The breakdown
Mixed games tournament set
For the mixed games tournament set, I needed to support players with a 12/12/5/11/3 stack. For the color-up, I added extras $500, $1000 and $5000. Since I still had enough space in the 400pc case, I've added 16 bounties and 8 "reload" chips. The total was now exactly 400 chips and the chip case was filled. I also added 1 x $25,000 plaque per player. Mission accomplished !
$25 x 96
$100 x 96
$500 x 56 (incl. 2 per player for color-up)
$1000 x 96 (incl. 1 per player for color-up)
$5000 x 32 (incl. 1 per player for color-up)
Bounty x 16
Reload x 8
$25,000 plaque x 8
Dealer button x 1
Setup of plastic cards

Travel set
The main constraint of the travel set is that it must be limited to +/- a hundred chips so that they can just be carried in a rack or 100 chips case. This is mainly intended to play T10,000 heads-up or T5000 4-handed (pot-limit or-limit games).
So I went with the following breakdown:
T25 x 32
T100 x 42 (incl. 10 for color-up)
T500 x 32
Dealer button x 1
Setup of cards
60cm x 40cm playing surface (Neoprene with rubber on the other side to not slip on the table)

Those Nevada Jacks shuffle like a dream. You’d think being ceramic they’d be too slippery but I shuffle those probably better than any other chip.

Chips shuffle great and are not slippery. They have a very nice texture.
Imho, only the cards are tougher to shuffle compared to other brands. :)

I tweaked a bit my travel set.

I replaced the 4 x T500 that I used for color-up by 10 x T100. So I end up with 106 chips instead of 100 but without this, there would not be enough T100 for 4-handed.

I recently found a small case (100 chips) which can handle the complete travel set (chips, cards and dealer) and also a nice small (60cm x 40cm) playing surface (Neoprene / Rubber). I uploaded the pictures.

Great chips and I was also surprised, how good and well-designed those cards were. (y)

The main set now belongs to @Oggy .
I’ll remove the pics soon. Hope that he’ll post a pr0n when he’ll receive them.

I am just down to my small travel set. :)

Would someone be kind enough to explain how to play with the
Reload chips
Show Em chips
Bounty chips
Any information on how to use them in game properly would be very much appreciated

Reload. When the player is busted, he can use it to get a new starting stack.
After the re-entry period, non busted players can get an addon with it. Basically it helps to keep track of the re-entry and addon.
Bounty. When you bust someone, the busted player gives you a bounty chip. Each bounty has a prefefined value and when the player is out of the tournament (because he's eliminated or because he won), he gets the total value of his remaining bounties on top of any eventual payout prize.
Show'em. When you fold to a player who wins the hand but want to see his hole cards anyway, you use your show'em chip. Each show'em is usable only once.
