Cool...how many players atm and what's the BI ?
Good runs & hot deck, keep us posted
What are the payouts up top? How many runners? How many left?
Safety is a huge concern for the players I know. Most of the players I know have safety deposit boxes at the mgm and/or Maryland live. Others just color up at the end of the night and keep the chips So as not to advertise a big win. Very few cash out at the end of the night. All use the Parking valet so when they leave there are people around. Here's a A.M.A. based question for you - feel free to not answer if you think this gives too much away about your bankroll size.
Do you cash out at the end of each night, or do you have a standing account with one or more casinos? The topic came up recently on a podcast that was (briefly) discussing casinos going cashless, and the Director of Gaming Operations mentioned that some players, in particular poker players, prefer to keep their money with the house, thereby being effectively cashless (at least in part).
It seems like a good idea. It saves a little time and it's safer (can't get rolled in the parking lot), but you would need to have bankrolls in multiple locations, plus enough padding at home for living expenses.

Typically, I love tournaments, and cashing is always fun... but Jeebus, that "win" is going to cut into your $/hr rate. I now know a little more as to why pros start so late in many tournaments and play so aggressively early.ICM chopped 4 ways after we paid bubble $100
I got $320 as 3rd in chips

WP Anthony....25% rake(is that the normal rake ? almost $20 on $75 BI...seems excessive)
The real question is... when you were under the gun, did the dealer say "Actions on you," followed by you saying,
"I'm waiting for my other two cards."
Obv. answer is Obv.That actually did happen once early on. I was sitting there with two cards UTG and was like "wtf am I supposed to do with this?"
Obv. answer is Obv.
Fold.
But there was a guy at my table who stacked off with K9 offsuit on a K-high flop and told us all he "loves K9"
