Introduction : A "refurbishment" project
Few months ago, I bought a small lot of roulette chips at @allforcharity 's. The chips are coming from the Club Cal-Neva (Reno, NV).
I had in mind a "refurbishment" project. The goal was to give these unexpensive chips a second life.
The hotstamps were quite worn and as I decided to not degrade the chips more than they are, milling them was not an option. So I decided to go with unlaminated labels at @Gear 's and stick them over the remaining worn hotstamps.
For the design, I initially thought about creating a "faux hotstamp" label but finally went into another direction: recreate the logo with the locomotive logo. You can see the design thread here.
