I was watching Monk with my wife. Season 3, Episode 14 "Monk Goes to Vegas" featured what appear to be some sort of plastic chip from The Montecito Casino. From what I gather, the Montecito was the fictional casino in the show Las Vegas. The Chip Guide doesn't say who manufactured these. Any ideas?

Hey, found this old post in a search! My guess is that these were made by RT Plastics, but honestly that's just a guess. It's possible they used a custom-made three-color injection mold; I don't recall seeing any other chips that use that same pattern of stripes, and that pattern is determined by the mold. They used the same mold for all of their chips, just with different colors of plastic for each different denomination's body and stripes (except for the ceramic "Kopper Club" $5).

FWIW I picked up one of these prop chips on eBay a while back: https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/the-official-mail-showcase-thread.34406/page-717#post-1631629
