The $5k chip looks like the New China Club 50-cent chip.

The $1k chip looks familiar but I can't place it. Edit: Showboat Hotel Las Vegas 50-cent chip (not sure whether that's pink or orange)

Are they labeled or milled with inlays?

No small crowns were actually harmed. I gently applied a KC sticker to both of those chips and removed it right after the picture was taken.
 
My day started great with a package from @PAZ with these great samples :)
Thank you so much for the samples Paul, they are stunning.

Shows (new) members that with creativity and the help from some friends, you can build great sets (that are not premium casino paulsons).

About a year after my last post in this thread I contacted Gene @ABC Gifts and Awards. I wanted to see if he could recreate the button Sal made for me. Much like Sal, Gene also did an amazing job. No surprise if you're familiar with Gene.
