Well. Yes. I can mill them all day. I can't promise a 1 inch will get the entire hot stamps or that a 1 1/4 wouldnt eat the outer mold. It would be a test and see kinda situation.

I agree - these look like they would be a tricky mill given the clearance to the edge of the mold.

Just saw this after I posted, but it’s what I was thinking.

It's a matter of available bits...there aren't any 1.062" bottom cleaning router bits out there. 1.25" is ZERO tolerance for the mold...1.00" is too small for the hot stamp diameter.

Yeah. It's tight. And even hot stamps that have clearance can bite you with being a little off center. Those look like 1 inch would leave some foil. But again, foil isn't a big deal. Just remove it if it's minimal.

I scrape away any excess with a sharp pick. Problem solved.
