First off I won't necessarily honor dibs. Priority will go to whoever I choose but generally speaking it will be to people taking more or any local chippers.
Prices are in USD and don't include shipping. Shipping is from Canada and generally you can expect it to be at least $15 to Canada or the US even for small amounts. If you can combine with another member, great.
The risk of loss is on the buyer. Insurance is available but I don't know how successful a claim would be.
