Reshipping (ordering closed) January 2023 Cards Mold/No Mold Group (4 Viewers)

Just found out about this, will definitely putting in an order. Is it too late to buy some samples of these? What's the difference between no mold and molded or textured and non textured? Would love to get a sample before placing my first order. Thanks in advanced!
Can't recall who's pic this is but here is a great example between the two. Card molds (on the right) have the cards embossed into the chip where as the no mold (left) is just flat. Textured and non-texture are exactly as it sounds. Large majority prefer textured over non-texture.

Hi Justin,

My EPT's sold So I am down for a 750 order of Bellagio's 43mm for the upcoming one. I was wondering if it is possible to make the racks available at the same time? I know it might be a logistical nightmare, as I ran a small group buy for some PCF'ers in Ontario CAD.

that would be me. Here's a close up pic of the 2 surfaces for comparison:

no mold textured vs cards mold.jpg

From this picture, it looks like left is textured and right is molded. Is there a chance to have both texture and mold?

Thank you! Clears up a lot!

Is this closed? Also, what's the difference between mold and no mold? Sorry, noob here. Would these be nicer than like Dia De Los Muertos? Looks cool! Thanks!

Ordering for this group buy is now closed.
Having not done a GB is forever, do you let the thread know when you place the order so we can estimate an arrival window? Planning to push out my next hosted game until these arrive and trying to get a rough idea :)

Yes, Justin will generally post when they ship from Tina and it's estimated to take a month from shipment. Order doesn't get placed until all payment is received. Then it takes a few weeks for production. Here's the timeline of the December GB:

On December 15th:
This group buy is closed to new orders

On December 23rd:
Order has been placed and paid for

On January 3rd:
Tina says this order should be completed this week

On January 5th:
I expect them to ship early next week so feb 10th ish for delivery

On January 16th:
Package was shipped Jan 13. Expect delivery within 30 days

He used to post tracking numbers but stopped to be safe, but expected delivery should be the next 1.5 weeks for the December GB, and then he takes a week or so to do the reshipping.

For this GB, orders closed last week, if it follows a similar timeline, then orders will probably be placed in the coming week, add a week or two for production, and shipping would probably occur by the last week of February, to be delivered toward the end of March...

(This is just my guesstimate.)

No 5¢ in the Flamingo set?
If you're referring to the old-school Flamingo set, I did add a 5¢ to the design. It's available in the February GB that Justin is running, but FYI that GB is textured no-mold only. There's also a large-inlay version of the entire set available on the textured no-mold, and you can get the regular-inlay old-school Flamingos (or any other design Justin's run before) on the textured no-molds this month...

If you need the 5¢ regular-inlay design on cards mold, then you'll have to wait until the next GB that Justin runs that includes cards mold chips.

Is this group buy still open? I have custom design all set - just need to order a couple of barrels.

Can I get one sample set of Aria’s cash & one sample set of Mirage cash? Add this to my order of one sample set Bellagio cash(I don’t expect them to be delivered the same time).

Half of this order shipped on Friday Feb 24th. I still don’t have an accounting of what she made first but will update when I do

She made all of the no-mold chips first. So if you ordered no-mold only then your chips should be here in about 30 days. She hopes to get all the rest done and out next week

I hope she has them ready at the beginning of the week I'm looking forward to playing the first tournament with the new chips, and it's going to be very special because in Mexico it's very difficult to get good poker chips.

Realize that once she sips it, it’s likely 30+ days on a boat, then Justin sorts orders then he ships to you. #worththewait

Edit: I just re-read your post, and your weren’t looking for them for a specific date…just looking forward to putting them in play. A common desire around here. :ROFLMAO:
