Very interesting.

The blame is entirely on Borgata. They could have stopped the game at anytime. Ivey saw and edge and used it.

I honestly can’t believe they would be so naive.

I see this the same as card counting. It’s not cheating, but gaining an edge over the house because of a very specialized skill.
It is up to the house to then disrupt that skill.
