Not sure of the pros / cons of storing 43mm. But regarding 5c I'm sure a label could be created - @Gear makes killer labels for this sort of thing. Just relabel the $100k chip and voila, pink frac.

There was also a customs ceramic microstakes set knocking about, complete with £ denominations. Not sure if it's too large a set or even still available.

Despite having pink nickels, that set didn't appeal to me. Not a fan of solids, I guess. Plus we don't often play on Fridays
