What stakes do you play that casino/card room regs are happy to play?

Same stakes from the poker rooms: 1/2 and 2/5 (and allowing matching the big stack). I also have a core group of dedicated dealers, whom all know from the local poker rooms. The familiarity proved an attraction.

Also, how do you go about vetting?

The vetting comes with time, chatting it up at the table or while waiting to be seated after checking in. From personality to playing style, I can tell who would be a good fit. While most don't care about my chips sets, a handful grew to enjoy them to the point where a couple of them went to the CCA Convention two summers ago to check it out.

We don't loose a lot of sleep over hit 'n runs. It rarely happens. When it does, they are usually losing players anyway. We don't want to piss them off so they will come back.
