I tried the calculator couldn't seem to figure it out. I want to know how many 10k stacks total can I support with this set for a T25 structure.

300 - T25
300 - T100
260 - T500
300 - T1000
100 - T5000
25 - T25,000

If you use 12,12,7,5 you could support 25 starting stacks. If you use 8,8,6,6 you could support 37 starting stacks.

How do I figure in rebuys? Lets say I have 27 initial stacks, how many rebuys could I do?

If you have 27 initial stacks out there then you are probably using 8,8,6,6. So you could continue giving rebuys with up to 8 more stacks of 8,8,6,6 and then you could just use 10 T1000 chips or even 2 T5000 chips. Later in the rebuy period I like to get the higher denominations out on the table. The players that rebuy can make change with the big stacks on the table. The more larger denominations you can get on the table, the less coloring up you will have to do later. You have have plenty T1000 chips to support lots of rebuys and still have plenty of chips to color up with.

How many players are you expecting? And how many rebuys do you think you will need?

I think the maximum starting stacks would be 25-27, then maybe 15 rebuys.

15 rebuys using 5 T1000 and 1 T5000. Then you could do 42 more rebuys with 2 T5000 chips.

So simply put you could offer 1x rebuy up to a 50% addon option for all players guaranteed. Or you could offer up to 42x rebuys. In your current formula.

If you want a more wild game with more addons/rebuys start with 5k as your starting stack, Otherwise change nothing else about your blinds etc....

you can also do 8885 and get 30 buy-ins 30 rebuys and 30 addons and even have some color up chips in 500 and 5K, I do not see you really using the 25K much but maybe a few at the end just to not have to push so many chips around if you want.
