Do they really associate the boat chip buys with PCF (if that’s what you are referring to)?

That's what I'm referring to. I have no direct knowledge of that but that's been alluded to in other posts on the story.

The PCF membership was directly implicated in communications to Caesars regarding the ES secondary set, by a whistle-blower PCF member (who had no direct knowledge or involvement in the project).

Dunno what was communicated to GPI or by whom, but given what later transpired, it seems reasonable that GPI was made aware by Caesars, if not others.
