I shared a video around a year ago in the Derail & WTF thread about hot dog wars in Atlantic City. Today, I'm talking to a vendor my company is using for radon testing and we are talking about gambling and Atlantic City and he mentions his Uncle had hot dog carts on the boardwalk and he used to go there when he was about 10 yeas old. I ask him if his Uncle was the guy in this video I saw and his eyes light up. Hes like, "yeah, that was my Uncle and nobody has ever saw that video or knows about the Hot Dog Cart Wars". He goes on to tell me he was in his Uncle's warehouse when outside they heard pop pop pop and seeing holes appearing in the garage door with sunlight coming through. They all headed into the freezer for safety. Crazy shit. Anyway, here's the 28 minute video that only made it as far as a rough cut. His Uncle was the guy in the wheelchair.

I find egg rolls and spring rolls have trouble rotating consistently. The “flaps” catch and prevent full circumferential thermal dispersion.
