I am creating custom ceramic poker chips by hand, and I need help determining the best way to sublimate the edges of the chips. Big companies use a $3k press that can handle a stack of the chips at once. I would love any advice on how to dye the edges without the expensive edge press. I can press the front and back fine, but it would leave a white band on the edge if I cannot figure out how to dye the edges as well. Thanks for any help.

I'm guessing the rolling edge press you're talking about is like the one shown in this video?

I haven't read about any other way to dye-sub the edges on a poker chip. Maybe you could use a household iron? Make a stack of chips and wrap the transfer paper around the stack just like you would for the professional press, and then use the iron to roll the stack of chips back and forth on a heatproof surface? Just an idea; I doubt it would work very well but who knows.
