Original purple/retro red/butterscotch still crushes everything IMO. I MIGHT change the butterscotch to yellow to provide just a bit more brightness/contrast.

If going for FL set, I'd go for a $20 chip as the big denom instead of $10, but then it feels as if you're trying to displace the $25 chip. Personally, I'd be inclined to load up on the $1's or create a suitable $2, but either way I'd retain the $25 as the big chip. Math is really not that hard and it lets you more easily have players migrate to another table/game at a meat-up if they only need to color up the $2's.
