Just a heads up.

I just received this email and I had not attempted a log in or a PW reset:

Changed PW right away.
Can Site Admin see the location of that IP Address?

If they were connecting with a VPN, the IP address is unfortunately irrelevant.

It might be Pennsylvania. Sure it wasn't you? or that you just re-opened a tab where you were previously logged in and it then initiated the procedure?

The admins can see your address and confirm whether it was or wasn't yours.

Send a pm to @Tommy for confirmation. I had a similar issue a few weeks ago, turns out it was an open tab on another device of mine.

The IP address in the screenshot you posted is linked to your account 200+ times and is the posting IP of this thread. What @LeGold and @BGinGA mentioned could have been the trigger for it.

I typically have an open tab of the New Posts page and that must be what happened!

Strange, I have open tabs on multiple devices all the time. Sometimes I’ll even start a reply on PC, then open my phone and finish the post.

It can happen if the 60(?) days for reauthentication have passed, then your computer or browser restarts due to updates... Or something else, but there are many possibilities for something like this to happen.

Happen to me a couple of times as well, sometimes I used my spare ipad and got this warning email as well
