Hey all,
I recently purchased 80 Gasser chairs at a great price, if the chairs were in better condition. Oh well, win some lose some. I have a lot work to do on these chairs which leads me to seek the advice of anyone out there that may have done some Gasser clean up and upholstery repair in the past.

There are a lot of small tears in the corners of the seats and I’m also looking for some top quality cleaner for the seats and legs. I figured searching here first would give me the best effective results.

Thanks for any help and I’ll post pics soon. this was the advertised photo

Did you find an existing thread or any update? I have some I could fix up. Thx

This stuff is the best for getting grime and gunk off of vinyl chairs. You can slather it on so it gets into every nook and cranny. Dry rag to wipe first, then wipe and rinse with a damp rag. Don’t get the one with pumice in it.
Leaves vinyl clean and like new.

A few of us purchased a Bissell pet cleaner.

It comes with a cleaner, but I like to use dawn dish soap and water. I pass over the chair with soap and water, scrubbing it it and then I dump the hooker juice and soapy water, load it back up with just water and go over it until I have got all the soap and water out of it. You'll have to do it twice to get the soap out.

it'll look like this

As far as repairs, you'll just need a U shaped needle and some thick thread to color match the chair, a quick youtube will show you how to repair upholstery
