4 of a Kind
Here are some pictures of my current set of Garden City chips
With the fractionals through $100 chips, I can spread pretty much any game I choose. Total bank exceeds $21,000. With 500 ones I can even try a single chip limit/spread limit game and use $20 chips as a 'store of value' chip.
Aside from the hot stamped fractionals, the chips have a unique and interesting design. It was too bad that the fractionals were not inlayed like the rest of the set. On the other hand - a kick ass Paulson inlayed fractional might have been ouchy expensive.
These chips are casino used. The ones and fives are quite worn, though the grand inlay on the fives stood up to the use quite well. The color selections are unique - a white $100, black $20 and mustard $5.
An after market dealers button. It might not be obvious from this photo, but the button is rather large - 2 1/4 " diameter.
I have come to believe that a set needs in excess of a thousand chips to be 'complete'. In my book, these 1,400 chips fit the bill. They are enough. { just barely}
