Here are some pictures of my current set of Garden City chips

With the fractionals through $100 chips, I can spread pretty much any game I choose. Total bank exceeds $21,000. With 500 ones I can even try a single chip limit/spread limit game and use $20 chips as a 'store of value' chip.

Aside from the hot stamped fractionals, the chips have a unique and interesting design. It was too bad that the fractionals were not inlayed like the rest of the set. On the other hand - a kick ass Paulson inlayed fractional might have been ouchy expensive.

These chips are casino used. The ones and fives are quite worn, though the grand inlay on the fives stood up to the use quite well. The color selections are unique - a white $100, black $20 and mustard $5.

An after market dealers button. It might not be obvious from this photo, but the button is rather large - 2 1/4 " diameter.

I have come to believe that a set needs in excess of a thousand chips to be 'complete'. In my book, these 1,400 chips fit the bill. They are enough. { just barely}

Yes, complete. Two racks of everything and one rack of the highest denoms handle anything except limit. Great set. It's a shame no mint chips were ever out there in numbers.

Very nice set you've got there.

Shameless plug, If you want 2's I've got 400 for sale ;).

If you really want to do limit with the set, grab a rack of $10s for your value chips. They're in MUCH better shape than the $20s and have the nicest colors in the set, IMO. The hot stamp frac is understandable, but I really wish the $1s were grand inlay as well. The cost can't be that different.

Before they switched to this set, these guys were in play:

Not something you see every day.

For the record, the button vector conversion was done by me and they were manufactured on 60mm blanks by @OldWestPokerSupplies.

Last night of business at Garden City Summer of 2012. They still have the giant revolving neon Garden City sign on the property. Maybe someone can negotiate a deal to get that for their poker room. It would look awesome except its the size of a bus.

Pretty typical Cali colors from top to bottom, with maybe the exception of the green quarters (more often seen as 50c chips).

Very nice Garden City set, Dr - best one I've seen. AT's matching dealer button is some of his best work to date.
