Gal Yifrach indicted on felony gambling charges. (1 Viewer)

Saw this yesterday…illegal slot machines, apparently. Over $550K, 4.25 bitcoin, and 3 LA properties seized.

Also seems like some of his alleged co-conspirators rolled over on him.

I don't understand the allure of bit coin, but wasn't one of the selling points (at least initially) supposed to be that it couldn't be tracked, monitored or taken by the government?

LOL

Im sure he had the private keys on his smart phone or icloud drive
over 4BTC hes not gonna put up a fight on that he will just hand it over

What were people saying before?
Certified Cuban? Id guess he was making more from this than his crap attempt at playing HSP.
looks like it was just an avenue to launder money

Oh and he’s alleged to have laundered the $ at the aLive at the Bike casino (Bicycle Casino?); ID’ed in the indictment as (Casino 1) in Bell Gardens, CA

So internet or power is down, I have no money.

I forget my code or whatever, I have no money.

Government outlaws it and i get caught, I have no money and I'm in jail.

How is this a better store of value than gold?

LOL
I can swap crypro for cash In minutes
Gold takes time

Since 2010 gold is almost even

Look up what BTC has done

You can’t shut down the BTC block chain

You can’t stop people from transferring unless you shut down the internet
That isn’t happening

Good luck swapping gold for anything at that point either

Ignore advances in technology get left in the dust
2000$$ of BTC in 2010 is like 500k today
Keep your gold

I get it's a ponzi scheme in that those that got in early are flying high now. My question is about the characteristics of it.

And how do you convert to cash in minutes? Or do you mean convert to a bank account balance?

So no country can shut down the internet? Hasn't that already happened before?

And I don't have any gold to keep.

How is a trillion in market cap and utility a ponzi
You don’t know what a ponzi is then
How is the original guy making money when it’s a traded item on the open markets

Please stop talking and go derail some auctions gramps

That just makes it a big ponzi scheme?

How is the original guy making money when it’s a traded item on the open markets
You don't know what a ponzi scheme is. The "original guys" always make money.

Please stop talking and go derail some auctions gramps

Got it. You are in a cult. I take it you admit you can't convert to cash in minutes, only a bank account balance, and you understand that you were wrong when you said governments can't shut down the internet.

So, is there an “off” button for the internet?

No. What governments do is order internet service providers (ISPs) to restrict network connectivity or block certain websites or apps. ISPs may comply with government orders out of fear of retribution of legal action.

For instance, in 2019, the Zimbabwean government ordered the largest telecommunications company in the country to shut down all internet services. The Chairman wrote on Facebook, in a message inaccessible to most in the country, that they had to comply or management would face “immediate imprisonment”.

It's already happening. Keep laughing.

you are delusional and a menace here
how are you still even here

I've seen you admit in messages to running up people on auctions just to make them pay more

You are a nuisance that should have been flushed long ago.

nothing you say here or your BS auction thread fukery is even cognizant yet you are still here like a drunk 80 year old on a tilt a whirl being
a complete dolt.

"The indictment mentions a few examples of alleged criminal activities, including one instance where Yifrach and Ifrah discussed via text messaging taking money from Yifrach's safe "in order to give a total of $150,000 to an individual in exchange for casino chips from CASINO 1." That incident allegedly took place between October 24 and 27, 2018."

So, harvesting and/or collecting poker chips is illegal now??? SMH This used to be such a great country!

:D

Aw, I like watching that guy play. Hope he avoids prison. Victimless crime.

I enjoyed watching him lose. His whole demeanor always put me off, like he felt his shit didn't stink or something. And the unbuttoned shirt without an undershirt, good grief

The Tampa Hard Rock anytime you cash out 2K in chips or more makes a record of the transaction including your personal info, in case there are issues of money laundering that come up down the road.

Don't you need one of those guys at the table?

I dunno, he never seemed very friendly or personable. Just seemed to scowl a lot and try to bully others in pots. Not really welcoming if you want to keep a game friendly, laughing, drinking and having a good time while some whales lose piles to you.

I'm not a fan of sitting with mis regs, and his demeanor just kinda gave me that same vibe whenever I saw him.

He exuded nothing but douchebaggery from the first time I saw him on stream. Just has an air of disrespect and misplaced superiority about him.
