condition: excellent

This is the complete poker game set up I've had in my house for the past couple of years. I've invested well over $2,000 in it, but have decided to part with it since we never play anymore. What you get is the following:

7 foot poker table with soft plus padding & blue felt. Table has 3 dealer tip slots that can be locked with a key
10 chairs
over 1500 chips....not the cheap plastic kind. Nice custom ordered from Ace Gaming Supply
I think it's Oak, but a wooden, nonetheless, Chip case with top storage space for cards, dealer button, etc. stores up to 1200 chips
(1) deck of used Copag cards with a cut card
dealer button
9 individual clear plastic 100ct chip trays

Looks like a $50 plastic table with some type of poker style hoody. He must have spent a lot on chips and chairs.

Friend of mine just picked up this table for free from someone he was buying chips off of lol:

Man I saw these yesterday. Check those sharp corners....... Stand up in outrage at a bad beat only to tear your scrotum on a poker table. How do you explain that to the wife?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Two for $30 = great deal, even if just using only the bases. For cheap, corners can be rounded and rails added. That's probably $80-$90 worth of suited speed cloth.

I don't see any staples though... Did he just glue SSC directly to plywood??
That approach actually works very well for portable and/or folding tables -- automotive headliner or thin foam glued to thin plywood, press board, or MDF, with SSC glued to the foam, and all trimmed to fit the base outline shape. No wrap-over, no staples..

Hopefully he actually used some foam under there, but I wouldn't count on it judging by the rest of the tables... SSC glued straight to plywood would probably play like crap.

It's not worth $175 even it comes with a happy ending.

I'm not advocating this style of build. But honestly, I think I could live with it, compared to some of the wacky stuff posted here. I think the worst thing about it is the raised playing surface, followed closely by the chip trays. I guess if I'd rather play on this than the kitchen table, it's a success on some level?
