I still have and use a velvet table (green though). Great to the touch, but about 2" glide. It's slated to be recovered because it just not good enough for playing cards on.

A few hours of playing on that diamond plated beauty and they would haul you in for observation of self-harming.

That base doubles as an Escher puzzle.... can't figure it out. At least the cup holders are placed to the side. :tup:
