OK - WTF - first Gateway computers and now this? WTF is up with cows!?

Anyway, that is, uh, very weird. Would you want to be seated on the cow section? Is that like, Alpha Spot? Or would it just get so gross over time (think Hooker Juice but for poker tables) that you'd get an STD sitting in the white spot?

But that playing surface; no way - has to be some kinda of removable insert, right? HAS TO BE, RIGHT!? Could you imagine the knife-in-stomach moment that your minty Paulson's hit that surface...

This is tilting, the table looks, I'm going to say like decent quality, even the cow hide isn't a deal breaker for me, but who's ever ideal it was to use epoxy or glass like surface to play cards on .. I just can't.

This really sucks its not a bad table short of the playing surface which is like 99.9999999% of the purpose. I might even use this as a 'must move table'

Aside from the noise which would be terrible, you can see how reflective that surface is from the mirror like photos. I can imagine being able to see reflections of the cards fairly regularly.

Agreed. Looks like a ton of work was put into getting a nice rail, and then the rest was outsourced to a second grader.

Anybody know if those are Barrington dimensions? Could always throw one of @rjdev7 custom Barrington toppers over the epoxy. Well, once you convince him that he screwed up putting that epoxy top on and that no serious poker player if going to pay anything close to $1400 for it.

It looks like this thing has a leaf insert to make it longer? Never seen that on a poker table before. And the last picture seems to indicate that i comes with multiple playing surface options. Crazy stuff.

Tisch is the more common word for table. Tafel is kind of an old word.
