I need some help in deciding between my first set
I have narrowed my options to Laurel Crowns, milanos or nevada jacks saloons.
I run a 6 man table that plays $20 buy in with 2 rebuys allowed. Usually we do .10/.25, but occasionally do .25/.25 and have been using dice chips and wanted a slight upgrade.
Looking to spend no more than $200.
I'd like to hear your guy's advice, but here are my pros and cons.
Laurel crown:
pros: design, can run .10/25(using 10,25,100), ceramic, cheapest($135 for 300), have plaques if I want to upgrade
cons: heard they are slippery, don't like the face the denoms I'd have to use
Milanos:
pros: can run .10/.25 as I can relabel using gear labels, cheapish($150 w labels for 300), I have heard they are a well made chip for price point
cons: not crazy in love w design
Nevada jacks saloon:
Pros: Best design, best made chip out of the 3
Cons: most expensive(200- for 225), can't play .10/.25
