Reshipping (ordering closed) February 2023 NO MOLD Tina Group Buy (3 Viewers)

Quick questions for those who have more experienced in this. Is the printing the same quality on a card mold chip to a no mold textured chip? I bought some samples and the Bellagio textured no mold chip looks blurry from up close. Is that the effect of the textured chip and do others experience the same effect?

Also, will there be a no texture no mold GB in the future? I curious if there's a printing difference

I just recently got these in from one of the last group buys and didn't notice any type of blurriness on the chips. I guess the reason you see that is because these are essentially screen printed onto a blank white ceramic chip. Unlike actual chips that have inlays, these are actually printed on. I absolutely love my Bellagio chips and so glad I got into one of the last ones.

Agreed. If you hold a ceramic chip up close, they’ll never be as sharp as an inlaid clay chip. That’s just a limitation of the dye-sub process. Instead of printing directly on the inlay, with dye-sub a sheet is printed and then the image is transferred with heat and pressure.
However, under normal play conditions, the chip is at a distance where that limitation is far less noticeable than up close.

In the order thread tomorrow, I will be ordering 12 dealer buttons too :p

I do have an American shipping address.

Timing is PERFECT!!!! I could not be more happy than to have this happen right now.

My wife recently came into some money and she gave me a chunk and explicitly said to me "Here is some mad money, go buy poker chips". Yes I had to be picked up off the floor. Yes, I am not dreaming. And finally, yes, I do love this woman, and she is MINE.
Holy set Batman

Awesome work!

So to confirm, no denomination tweaks, like turning the Mirage $25 into a $20 with exact same colors?

Thanks!

At 33¢ a chip, if you aren't spending $1000 yer not doing it right :p

I don't want to wake up in a few years and go "I wished I bought mOAr of those chips for 33¢", only to find them at $1.50 per and used.
I just want to know how big your tourneys are... :wtf:

any estimation on shipping prices to the us? is shipping cheaper for smaller amounts like if i just wanted 25 to sample?

If you just want a sample I probably have some. If you want 25 from the current buy you will need to place your order here and I will ship it when they come in.

Is it a cardinal sin of chipping to scale down the denominations for chips such as $5/$25/$100/$500/$1000 to represent $0.05/$0.25/$1/$5/$10 in a small stakes cash game?

Already have a correct cash set of the Aria's coming in, but was thinking some of the chip designs on the higher denominations sets look pretty cool.

It’s your game, do what you like! Sometimes fracs are hard to find (especially for defunct casino chips) so plenty of people do use higher denom chips that stand in for real money at a fraction of the value printed on the chip.
