THE DIP:
  • 16oz sour cream
  • 3/4 to 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2cup REAL bacon bits
  • 1 ranch powder packet (not the "dips" one)
  • Chives
  • Ruffles for dipping

Eat too much of this and you might as well add toilet paper and Imodium AD to the list. But it is delicious!!

The stuffed mushrooms and cowboy caviar sound good.

It couldn't be easier to make:

1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can small red beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 small jar diced pimento
(all of these items drained and rinsed)

1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1-2 jalapeno peppers
3-4 stalks celery
1 small white onion
(all of these finely diced)

3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
salt and pepper
(bring these to a boil and pour over all other ingredients - we let ours sit in the fridge at least overnight)

My awesome easy to make queso dip.

2 lbs. ground turkey
2 lbs. Velveeta
2 10 oz. cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
tabasco sauce

Cook the ground turkey, then throw everything in a crock pot. Add as much or as little tabasco sauce as you deem necessary (I like it hot). It is freaking amazing.
