Faded Spade 2.0 4 colours issues (1 Viewer)

Twice in a week 2 cards from my red deck if Faded Spade 2.0 4 colours split
That is totally unbelievable
The first was the queen of diamonds
Faded spade replace to me last Thursday
Last night was the 6 of hearts
What’s going on???
Suggestions?
Cards still on the closet all the time
No humidity
No sun

While I’m not a big fan of Faded Spade. I’ve never had any failure issues. Certain this isn’t anything you’re doing though. Factory issue most likely and that factory is in a secret location

Takes time but previous experience show that they trying to solve problems to customers satisfaction

I agree, it looks like issue with the deck, faulty as it happened twice on the same coloured deck... Otherwise I’ve found the faded spade card quite good and their customer service isn’t too bad, as long as you can get a hold of them that is.

There have been many negative reviews of Faded Spade in threads that are years old on the forum. At least enough that I would not bother getting them. Not when there are so many other choices that have gotten a better proportion of good reviews from the membership and at a price point that is equivalent or (often) less.

Well dang I just ordered a set-up today as someone had posted a coupon code. Oh well, I'm kind of a sucker for cards anyway, so may have bought them anyway. Hopefully they've addressed their lamination issue you've shown above.

But the same problem on the same deck on 2 different cards it’s suspicious
The other problem is customer service

Have you considered posting a negative review on their Facebook page? Companies hate that and will often reach out to the reviewer.

That really sucks. I'm curious, are these poker size or bridge? How many times was the deck put in play before this happened? I have bridge size of the V1 and V2, both have been put in play about 5 times, which is not a lot, but I have not come across this issue before. Very strange that this is your 2nd or 3rd time, right?

They used Faded Spade 1.0 (that’s what the shuffler says) at Gila River out here and they look, feel, and perform great. I wonder if casinos get a different quality card.

We've been using them for years, neve had a problem; sounds dumb ... but something one of your Users is doing to keep having the same problem?

If I had one complaint about them, they are a little slick, so some of our Users have trouble shuffling them. Other than that they are fantastic. We alternate with Desjgn which are also very nice.

Mine is poker size
This cards was played maybe a dozen time
I’m very meticulous on my stuff ( cards,chips )
My opinion ?
I just got at defective deck
Only problem it’s costumer service
He don’t want replace me the cards because I’m not the original buyer ( I both from a friend brand new last year)
So “Dear Faded Spade” it’s your product
