The Main course from last night's dinner; Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, with pancetta on a lemon-butter sauce, Roasted Potatoes with lemon zest, and a dollop of Tomato-cinnamon.
The wine with the main (and also why you are getting this post a day later).
Dessert, mini chocolate cakes with a chocolate ganache.

Fried up some catfish filets last night. Didn’t get a plated picture because the kids ate them as fast as I made them. Was hoping for leftovers but it was just enough for one meal

Not exactly fine dining but this is a old rustic Swedish dish. I know it doesn’t look it but it’s pretty damn good. I’ll work on presentation..

Originally a Hungarian dish, I believe, but this is the Swedish way: beef steak on a plank, mashed potatoes sprinkled on, asparagus wrapped in bacon and home made bearnaise sauce. Yummy!

Not very complicated. I have managed to screw up a few bearnaise sauces though but I’m getting confident now. Didn’t even have a store bought back-up one like I usually have

I've already started the Super Bowl prep.
As it's just the two of us this year, it may not be photo-worthy, but it will be tasty - and largely unhealthy
