Haha was waiting for someone to point that out. We ran out of paper towels and didn’t feel like using shirts as napkins.

Finally sobered up from the Super Bowl, so I can post pics.
Sausage & cheese spicy dip with blue corn nachos. Avocado-crème dip on the side
Chicken wings 2 ways: Traditional buffalo, and spicy blueberry. 3-cheese jalapenos on the side. Not sure what the celery and carrots were doing... I was really toasted by this point.
There were also 3 bottles of wine, and 4 martinis for just the two of us. Just because we didn't invite people over for the big game didn't mean we weren't going to skimp.

Spicy shrimp, with rice cooked in a fatty chicken stock (Schmaltz).
Storm is behind us now and we were able to find some meat at Costco yesterday. It’s not dinner time yet but I’m pretty excited for these ribs. Taste you in about 4 hours

"Lagana" traditional bread, turkey ham and light creamy "sour" cheese from the Amari region of Crete (hence, "Amarino").
Excellent devilish unbottled Xinomavro straight from the highlands of western Macedonia at 6E per litter, or roughly $25 per gallon

The only type of bread comparable to the "lagana" I 've found outside Greece was in Manhattan's Upper West Side (probably to the North of even that). "Los Reyes del Bocadillo Cubano"
