Dia de los Muertos Poker Chips Now Available! (5 Viewers)

Oh yeah, Definitely not for a @BGinGA approved structure. Garage game that has been doing turbo T13000 tourneys for years. Starting stack is 10-200s, 6-1000s, 1-5000.
structure is something like
200-200
200-400
400-400
400-800 end re-buys
600-1200
800-1600
1000-2000 remove 200s
2000-4000
3000-6000
etc........
was really taken aback when i first started playing, actually runs pretty smoothly for them so @Vince Bustillo and i are slowly introducing nicer cards, actual cut cards, nicer dealer buttons, and finally some non-dice chips.......
fun little game that has a 8-15 players every Wednesday night, 1st tourney runs from 730 to 1030ish, 2nd tourney with less players finishes around midnight.
Replace 400/400 with 200/600 and I'd totally be on board. Not too bad, even as-is.

Conventional colors be damned!

Cash set for 5¢/10¢ & 25¢/50¢ Games.

also, a tournament set for a T100 base. Bounty, rebuy, show’em and zombie chip
to play the zombie tournament.

Got my Dia de los muertos early December. Love them, but looking for some racks that hold them better then what I got. @ABC Gifts and Awards
A lot of people use Chipco racks for the ceramics, but they can be really tight for new DDLM chips. My preference is the 67.7mm wide racks which you can find a few places including some vendors here (not sure if ABC has them in stock, but I think Key West and Spinettis also offer them).

Here are some measurements I just took for reference. YMMV.

Random stack of DDLM is a hair over 67mm:

Chipco racks seem to vary, but mine seem slightly narrower on the outer rows. This was one just under 67mm:

And the 67.7mm racks really are that width:

Does anyone notice how their DDM chips are slightly smaller in diameter than others? Is this normal for ceramics? I know they are advertised at 39mm but comparing to some others such as China clay, they are slightly smaller.

Can anyone tell me what the difference between the abc ceramic blanks and the chipco protec blanks are? What are you guys all getting? Thx

everyone is getting ABC blanks since the pro tech blank is only available to casinos

Did someone here do the art for these? Wondering if its possible to use the art for a custom cut card order to go with my DDLM set.

Would absolutely be interested in this. In!
Can't use the existing art for good reasons.
Haven't got a response from Puzzle on making a couple more pieces(time zones are silly) but put some feelers out on fiverr as well. I scribble for shit but Ill try to do a mock up drawing and post it to see how much interest there is in the groupbuy section.

I have scenes in mind for 2 cutcard images and an allin/bounty token.

I literally just ordered a set and convention be damned, I did a $13 orange chip and a 50 cent purple chip because I felt like it. :) (also with the Halloween/DDLM theme, $13 sounds cool)

I may save the white or black for bounties, have to see what the rule is on that and whether I have to buy 20. Might be worth it since it would add about $12 to the cost.

I just saw the black bounty, that is SWEET. I think I will do that and maybe show em as white. That'll actually use all the colors.

I did my "Show 'Em" as orange. There's a lot of space below the bug-eyed skull for the text so it doesn't block any artwork. Also, the bug eyes kind of haunt you and compel you to reveal your hand!

I like what you did, trust me.

All my other sets have a color tradition that follows the Monaco set on Apache. I did that with my Wicked Spades as well (except the WS has no nickel chip because it's a higher stake set)

I basically changed $10/ Orange to $13 because of the spooky DDLM/ Halloween theme, which means pink nickels, yellow quarters, purple half- dollars, blue dollars, red 5's, orange 13's and green 25's.

That leaves me white and black and I gotta tell you I love that black bounty so much I am using it.

The only other thing I could do is this: ditch the 50 cents, keep the $13s and make them purple and do the orange show em's but only because the white chip from the feedback I've gotten from my friends mostly say they don't really like them all that much. I find white chips lack color texture.

I love how BRPro/ABC allows us to create some truly unique and customized sets. @SteveHNo96, no need to explain... Your idea sounds awesome! I can't wait to see that $13 chip. Post a pic when your set arrives... Preferably next to a black cat if possible.

I'm DEFINITELY keeping a $13 chip, and it will be either the orange or the purple one. If I make the purple $13, the orange will be show em. If I keep the set as is, the white will be show em.

The main thing I will be doing is determining what to do with the white chip. Either make it a show em, just delete them entirely, or make it worth 10 cents and not use the 50 cent chip. (Which means the purple would be the $13). I honestly think the orange is more suited to $13 because of the Halloween theme, So that's probably what I will do.
