After way too long of a time spent planning and piecing together, my Claysmith relabel set will finally be put into play at the family lake house over Memorial Day weekend (Pr0n pics to come!)

As a group, we usually play one or two tournaments over the weekend, and as is the case with most family games, they're extremely casual/recreational. $10-$20 buy-ins, lots of limped pots, wild plays, and generally more of a social event than actually solid poker. I typically bring chips and run the show, but haven't quite nailed down the structure to be "perfect" just yet, and was hoping to get some feedback on the below structure and considerations.

What do y'all think about the following?

Considerations:
  • Typically 6-10 players, generally no re-buys
  • Players tend to get bored after around 2.5 - 3 hours if the game is still running
  • Play is super beginner - lots of limped pots, min-raising, and passive play (you'll never see a bluff jam in the first few levels)
  • Because of the looser play, hands tend to be slower than your typical tournament
  • Chipset is 600 chips, T100 base, with a 200/100/200/75/25 breakdown of T100/T500/T1k/T5k/T25k

That being the case, here's the tentative structure I've been thinking about:
  • T20,000 Starting Stack
  • No-Rebuys
  • 10/10/9/1 Breakdown

Thoughts:
  • 100BB isn't super deep, but since most pots are un-raised and post-flop bet sizes are fairly small, 100BB still leaves plenty of room to play for most players
  • 10/10/9/1, but should be enough T100s and T500s to avoid having to make change during earlier level. It's also three nice level stacks of ten
  • Going off the general rule that things wrap up when BB is ~5% of chips on table, the tournament should hopefully end at between a 6k BB and a 10k BB, which would end at right around the 3:00 mark.

Questions:
  • Should I increase starting stacks to T25k? Or is T20k fine?
  • Should I do 100/100, 100/200, 200/400 instead of 100/200, 200/300, 200/400?
  • Should I just do 100/200, 200/400, 300/600?
  • Should the blinds be more aggressive at the end? Could easily just double them after the 500/1000 level and get to 4000/8000 in only three levels instead of siz
