I considered your inlay as "ready for feedback" in fact. That's why my feedback is not really relevant then.
I'm afraid the white text (even outlined) that thin against a coloured background likely won't be readable. You can afford fine lines on graphics, because that doesn't matter as much for clarity. At the very minimum, denominations must be absolutely clear.
