Custom rental felt feedback (2 Viewers)

Absolutely not a pain at all. In fact, I prefer having it there because it never gets in the way and never gets bumped by elbows/forearms (mine or my neighbors).

Then again, I also like to shuffle behind so....

I have tables setup each way, but I prefer my offset one honestly. FWIW, that is the only way to shuffle, so we are good there.

I have to agree with links here, I always setup my the tables so that the drinks are in front of them. With rentals, one of my biggest concern is spills. If you sit between cup holders, any drinks become elbow bumpers.

I agree as well. I know at most Vegas casinos, when they ask you to square up they place you directly behind the cup holder.
Still like the full court at 20% opacity!

I think these are the last two candidates:

Option A:
Seating numbers at 50% opacity

Option B:
Courts at 20% opacity, seats at 50%

I like both of these.. what is the possibility of doing multiple iterations of the center logo to showcase different printing looks to potential clients?
If you want to keep it consistent, I get it.
Also like the lower opacity (50%) for the seat #s

In order to give accurate feedback, you would need to ship me a prototype table so I can evaluate it... :whistling:

Although I think the versions with no courts look better in terms of a cleaner, more functional look, I want to showcase the courts to portray more graphics showing what I'm able to print. So the courts are here to stay. Now the final decision is which version.

Option C:

Option D:

Option D.

But give them a vertical flip and swap positions. They'll still be looking at the center of the table, but their flat heads will be up against the bet line. (y)

Option C. I think the wave pattern of the logo is too distorted looking.

# is also redundant. just the number would look cleaner IMO. Use a creative font,

Could @Gear make you some labels for the bottom of the cup holders that would label the seat numbers?

I don't think many people would look into their cup holders for a seat number. If anything is used in a cup holders as a seat marker it would have to stick out to be noticeable. Plus anything down there would just get real dirty really fast. I have to clean the cup holders on a regular basis from drink sweat and minor spills.

I was playing around with creative fonts, but decided to go with something just really legible.

What about doing a circle around each number and have solid green background in the circle (like the center portion). That way you can remove the '#' symbol but it is still really visible.

Came out great! All the suggestions I would have made came out in the discussion...

My only complaint, as usual: you're too far from me! When am I ever gonna be in the Vancouver area?!?!? ;)

And here's the blue version. Unfortunately the C in my logo gets a bit drowned out by the blue background. I tried to darken it more than usual but I think I may have made it worse. You'll notice it's slightly different than the green one, but these are the 2 versions I'm going to stick with. I'm going to make some more in burgundy, grey, tan, etc with these two variations of artwork.

Would a 1px or 2px border on the C and M improve clarity without looking terrible?

I will definitely put a border around the C if I do another blue on blue. Or just change the color of the C to black.

One more in Burgundy. The lighting in this photo is bad so you can't see the suited pattern around the racetrack but it's there.

Next one's grey.
