The 43mm were flat (no cards mold) and were 1 cent more. .25 vs .24 before addl fees and shipping costs. I did Bounty chips on the 43mm for my set.

In my experience ordering things from Chiner, especially if it's being shipped EMS, the tracking number will stay pending on the American side until it's actually state-side. If you go to the actual shipping providers Chinese site on Chrome and translate the whole page to navigate it, you'll probably get a better idea.
