They look real nice. Is it possible to stil have a set made by CPC or is that unethical? :)

They are real nice. <--- obv brag.

No idea who owns the artwork (guessing Puggy and/or J5) - you'd have to get them to agree first and foremost before approaching CPC...jmho.

Yepp. Me and J5 own the artwork. CPC set at this point is unfortunately impossible. However I have played with the idea to make a secondary set with color matched inlays, with FDL mold. But the discussion has not been started. And IF decide to move forward, I will have to collect another $3,000.00 first to get a decent sized set to myself. If it happens someday, I will first start a GB interest thread. But as said, not in the near future.

So... I'm always messing with the chip design app. (Always always) This is the final chip design I've come up with. I like pie! Its the design I would use if I got the money together for CPCs. (Not the inlay just the chip colors and spots) So hopefully people can put up their own ideas and we can get the ball rolling on a custom group buy. Is it futile? Maybe. It's gotta start somewhere..Take it easy on me I'm new to all this. I'm no designer just a chip fan. The inlay I made on a popular custom t-shirt website. Yes it's the back of a shirt.View attachment 22372 View attachment 22373
Really like the blue on blue and the red on grey.

With the BCC order there was the benefit of dividing their art fees between the participants (were some color options added as well, I forget). As has been discussed in various threads, doing a GB for CPC inlayed chips is unlikely to really save anyone money. Because high volume wouldn't help, you could just let people use the artwork for a fee and choose their own colors/inserts... If you were so inclined that is, not saying that you should. :sneaky:

Apologies. I shouldn't ;)

Ok I actually have a real idea for a group buy.

Remember the SidePot Protege Chips?

I wonder how much it would be to rent or buy that inlay design and coloration to remake them at CPC?

Obviously wouldn't be on the cigar and snifter mold but could be close in look and feel?

My dream would be for Protege's to be sold again. Posting here because if by some miracle they do hoping someone will notify me.

I could be wrong but I believe one of the tribute sets mentioned above was in legal jeopardy so I can't imagine CPC touching it with a ten foot pole; never gonna happen NOR should we want it to.
